Postage & Delivery

We process and deliver all orders as quickly as possible.

Postage
We use Royal Mail (first or second class can be selected at checkout) and we aim to despatch orders either the same day or next working day. 

All postage items are accompanied with a tracking code that is emailed to customers as soon as the item(s) have been posted.

Hand Delivery
We aim to hand deliver orders wherever possible across East London and West Essex. Depending on our busy schedules, we may be able to hand deliver to the following areas:

Epping (and surrounding villages)
Theydon Bois
Loughton, High Beech and Debden
Chigwell and Hainault 
Buckhurst Hill
Woodford (Woodford Green, Woodford Bridge)
South Woodford
Wanstead
Chingford (Chingford Mount, Chingford Hatch, South Chingford, North Chingford, Highams park)
Leytonstone
Walthamstow
